Microsoft Outlook
1. After loading Outlook, begin at the ‘Outlook Startup' screen:

2. Click ‘Next' and then click ‘Next' again to setup a new email account. You will have the choice of multiple account types. Select ‘POP3' from the list and click ‘Next'

3. Now, it is time to enter the information for your mail account. Substitute your own account name and domain for jdsmith and yourdomain.com . Your servers are as follows:
POP3: clientmail.toplinks.com
SMTP: We do not provide an SMTP server setting. Please contact your ISP in regards to their SMTP server address.

4. All that's left is to test your account settings. Once you have successfully done this, click ‘Next' and finish.
Netscape
1. When you open Netscape Mail for the first time, you will see the ‘Account Wizard' dialog box. Select ‘Email Account' and then click ‘Next'.

2. You will be asked to enter your name and email address. Substitute your name for John D. Smith , and your domain for yourdomain.com .

3. Select ‘POP' from the mail type list, for your server, enter the following:
Incoming Server: clientmail.toplinks.com
Outgoing Server: We do not provide an Outgoing/SMTP server setting. Please contact your ISP in regards to their Outgoing/SMTP server address.

4. As your ‘Incoming Username' enter the alias portion of your email address. If your email address was jdsmith@yourdomain.com , you would enter jdsmith as your username. Once you are done, click ‘Next'.

5. Next, you will be prompted for an account name. Leave this setting at the default. Once this is complete, you are finished. Once at the mail screen, click ‘Get Msgs' to start receiving mail.
