Revenue Tools

Generating revenue to support your organization and its goals is an important part of your online community. With IAC's Revenue Tools, you have a number of proven – and fun! – options for generating income and providing a return on your investment.

Auction
Sports memorabilia, artwork, donated items and organization-branded merchandise can be auctioned off to the highest bidder. Items are displayed with a photograph and descriptive information, including the highest bid to date. Members enter their bids by filling in their name, address, email addresses and bid amount.

Classifieds
This service allows all registered users to list items or purchase items for sale. Members that designate a portion of their proceeds as a donation to the association are highlighted with rotating “Featured Classifieds.” Items are listed by category and can be searched by keyword or location.

Contributions
Using a standard or customized giving form, your organization can show a listing of funds and giving levels. Constituents choose the amount they wish to give and pledge or enter their credit card information onto a secure server. Via your secure Administrative Control Panel, you can access the complete contribution database and credit card information to process the credit card contribution. IAC can also customize the online giving form to explain various funds and matching gift opportunities while allowing for giving to multiple funds. You can also automatically thank each contributor with a pre-written email. There are 2 levels of the Contributions module, so that you can select the one to best suit your needs.

Event Registration/Fees
Increase participation in your events by providing online registration. A list of events is shown and attendees can select which events and specific activities during that event they would like to attend - the program automatically tallies the total cost of their choices. This service is perfect for tailgate parties, chapter/class events and more. All credit card payments are made using a secure server.

Membership Fees
If your association has yearly membership fees or voluntary subscriptions, this service makes it convenient for members to pay these dues online. List the benefits of membership and collect credit card payments online. A “Thank You for Joining” email is automatically sent to the new members.

Merchandising
Using state-of-the-art shopping cart technology, you can offer branded items and other merchandise with IAC's merchandising program. Your office can showcase available items and users can purchase online using their credit cards on a secure server. When combined with Photo Upload you have the ability to quickly and easily upload photos of each item.
